10:00A	Discuss menus with Mrs. Ashton
10:30A	Make soups, jams, jellies and begin lunch preparation
12:00N	Serve lunch
12:45P	Lunch clean-up
1:30P	Various Clean stove thoroughly (Tuesday, Thursday); Baking (Wednesday/Saturday); Polish silver and wash crystal (Monday); Wash all china thoroughly (every other Saturday)
4:30P	Tea preparations
5:00P	Begin dinner
8:00P	Serve dinner
9:30P	Dinner/kitchen cleanup (assisted by Emma and Martha on rotating schedule)
11:15P	Bedtime!
