Touring Victorian London

While you are visiting us we thought that you may want to go out on your own to explore our fine city. To help you get the most from your visit, we've put together the following walking tours for your pleasure. To get to these locations, you can get the "bus" (a carriage pulled by horses) at the end of the street or take the London Underground (see map).

The first tour is from Tower Hill to Barbican. It starts at Tower Hill Station and ends at Barbican Station. Approximately 3.2 km (2 miles), it will take about 2-1/2 hours depending on how long you choose to stay at the various landmarks.

The second tour starts at South Kensington Station and ends at High Street. It is 2.8 km (approx. 1-1/4 miles) and will take approximately 1-1/2 hours to complete.

And the third tour, starts and ends at Chancery Lane Station. It is approximately 3.2 km (2 miles) and will take you approximately 2-1/2 hours to complete.
