I could read (and watch) Christmas stories every day of the week. Why? Because they make me feel good and less alone and also because they remind me that in a world that sometimes seems like it's lost its Christmas spirit that it still does exist.

Some of these links will take you off my site. They are noted as (off site). To return to this page, just click on the "x" on your browser. You may also bookmark this page so that you can come back to read them as you have time.

I am going to begin with the most classic tale of all times, and my absolute favorite, A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. There have been several movies made based on this classic, however, there is something special about reading it in its original work. You can read it on-line or you can buy it here. It's a story for "kids" of all ages.

Another favorite of mine is Clement C. Moore's Twas the Night Before Christmas. I have provided a link below to a site where you can read it along with your children. You'll also find a few "parodies" of this poem. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
