Follow the guidelines below and have a safe and happy Halloween.

![]() | Accompany young children; send older children out in groups. |
![]() | Examine treats before allowing your children to eat them. |
![]() | Go out in the daylight if possible; take a flashlight for when it gets dark. |
![]() | Stay within the neighborhood and visit only houses of people you know. |
![]() | Watch out for traffic and cross only at crosswalks. |
![]() | Make certain that costume is flame resistant. |
![]() | Carry only flexible props. |
![]() | Stay away from and don't try to pet animals you don't know. |
![]() | Stay on sidewalks. If no sidewalk, walk on the left side of road facing traffic. |
![]() | Wear clothing with reflective markings or tape. |
