Hello Girls and Boys,
How are you today?
Santa and I are both fine. I just finished baking a batch of cookies and had a few moments so I thought I would write to give you an update of what is going on here at the North Pole.
A team of our elves in our marketing department recently finished a survey to determine what will be the most popular toys this year--this is one of the tools we use to plan our forecasts and production schedules. This information has been passed on to our Research and Development team who just finalized the plans for making these toys and production is underway.
Building toys for all the children in the world is a big task as you can imagine. A broken machine or defective parts can mean all the difference in the world as to whether we meet our goals or not. But Santa is quite the optimist and it always seems that we manage to come through at the last moment. He is especially saddened by the fact that he cannot always give each of you everything that you want. Despite our best efforts, that's not always possible, but we do our best.
Last year, it seems that the reindeer took over the "Games" department. Well, I had a little talk with them and they agreed that I could add something to this year's program. Below you will find buttons to Holiday Riddles and a Holiday Memory game. I hope you have fun with them.
Well, it's time for me to go now, so I'll close. Be good and have a great year.
Love,
Mrs. Claus
