Saving Your Form Results - Via Email

You've got your form completed and now you want to configure it so that you will receive the results via email.

1. Right click on the "white space" of the form and when the context menu pops up, click on "Form Properties".

 

2. Click on the radio button "Send to" and type in email address. And in the Form properties section, type in the Form name.  Then click Options.


 

3. In the Saving Results box, click on the tab that reads "E-mail Results".  Type in the email address to where you want the results sent.  Choose formatted text as your e-mail format.  In the email message header, you can type in your Subject line and Reply-to line. 

Click OK twice.


 

4. If you would like your visitor sent to a "Confirmation" page after they hit the submit button, before you click "OK" in Step 3, click on the "Confirmation Page" tab and type in the page URL.  Then click OK twice.
