Advent Calendar
An advent
calendar is one that counts down to Christmas.
Originally the countdown began on the first day of Advent which
could start from November 27 to December 3rd, however,
commercial calendars start with December 1st. An advent calendar typically features
a holiday scenewith little "windows" for
every day from December 1 through the 25th. Behind these little windows are
pictures relative to the holiday.
This Advent calendar is slightly different
as instead of pictures, you'll find an activity for each day.
